Confiscatedfrom their possession and control was one
(1) unit Cal. 45 Pistol CASPIAN bearing SN: 357218 with one (1)magazine assembly loaded with seven (7) live ammunitions and one(1) unit Cal. 38 revolver defaced serial number.Charges for Kidnapping with Serious Illegal Detention withRansom, Illegal Possession of Firearms and COMELEC OmnibusElection Code respectively were filed before the Zamboanga CityProsecutors Office thru Inquest Proceeding under CC# 24820.• Harassment at Brgy. Tubigan, Maluso, Basilan ProvinceThis is an aftermath of the harassmentconducted by MILF led by CommanderTalib Mutalib with more or less sixty (60)armed followers together with Dick Alaw,Usmani Alaw, Abduraup Alaw @ Elahan,Omar Alaw, Loy Abdulsali, DadiAbdulsali, Amri Abdulsali, Kimar Akmadi,Jun Alaw, Omar Andihad, Ummal moro,CAA Amil Sali and Hassan Hussin whoattacked the village of Brgy. Tubigan, Maluso, Basilan Province. Thearmed group fired upon their assorted high powered firearms towardsthe houses of innocent civilians wherein thirteen (13) were woundedand twelve (12) others were killed while eight (8) house were totallyburned still perpetrated by the above-named suspects.On March 5, 2010, charges forMultiple Murder, Multiple FrustrateMurder, Robbery in Band and Arson(8 counts) were filed before theBasilan Provincial Prosecutors Officedocketed under I.S. Nos. XIV-02-INV-10C-0024 to 10C-0033.
