First of all I wish to touch something on theConstitutional supremacy: I feel that Parliament administration that is made up of the people’s representatives should be left tocontinue to amend part of the Constitution if there is need, but I wish to differ from the known and suggest that instead of themandatory 65% majority, that is to amend the Constitution, the percentage may be 75% that is to solve the problem of thepeople who prefer the change. Instead of Parliament, I wish to view the idea that Parliament should be restricted in changingthat part of the Constitution that directly affects Parliamentarians, especially their welfare and something to that effect whichinstead should be directed to have a referendum that is connected prefererable by an independent commission.On citizenship, I feel ___ (inaudible) born Kenyans anywhere Kenya parents wherever they are should become automaticcitizens for this country, and on top of that, I also feel people who have lived for quite sometime in this country, preferably for
