PLEASE NOTEFrom 1 July 2011 the following came into effect for health & safety, insurance purposes and operational needs:Please ensure that you arrive on time for your class, if an advanced booking is not taken up five minutes prior tothe class start time. Reception staff will re-allocate it to customers waiting to access the class. If you arrive late youwill not be permitted to access the class as you will have missed the essential warm up.
