我 们 的 社 区 Our CommunityJA 工 作 坊 职 业 新 主 张Smart Life through JA Workshop4 月 21 日 ,GE 医 疗 的 志 愿 者 前 往 江 南 大 学 , 开 启 了 JA 事 业 启航 工 作 坊 和 JA 职 业 素 养 工 作 坊 两 项 活 动 。GE 医 疗 志 愿 者 开 展 的 JA 事 业 启 航 工 作 坊 活 动 吸 引 了 四 十 多 名在 校 大 学 生 参 加 , 他 们 与 志 愿 者 一 起 就 职 业 发 展 、 人 际 网 络 及面 试 、 简 历 等 求 职 技 巧 等 话 题 展 开 了 激 烈 的 讨 论 。 志 愿 者 对 于职 场 的 独 特 见 解 和 经 验 , 引 发 了 同 学 们 对 于 职 业 发 展 的 深 入 思考 , 让 同 学 们 不 但 更 好 地 理 解 了 工 作 与 职 业 的 区 别 , 而 且 也 意识 到 了 自 我 认 识 对 职 业 发 展 的 重 要 性 。而 在 同 一 天 举 行 的 JA 职 业 素 养 工 作 坊 也 吸 引 了 众 多 参 与 者 。 志愿 者 与 三 十 多 名 在 校 大 学 生 促 膝 长 谈 , 共 同 探 讨 了 职 业 素 养 、职 业 道 德 及 职 业 态 度 等 话 题 。 志 愿 者 还 开 展 了 头 脑 风 暴 等 互 动活 动 , 帮 助 学 生 们 树 立 正 确 的 职 业 观 , 培 养 当 代 青 年 的 创 造 力和 领 导 力 。当 天 的 活 动 在 学 生 间 引 起 了 强 烈 的 反 响 。 在 活 动 结 束 后 , 学 生们 纷 纷 发 来 自 己 的 所 想 所 感 , 以 此 来 感 谢 志 愿 者 为 他 们 所 奉 上的 精 彩 讲 座 。On April 21, volunteers from GE Healthcare held two events: JA CareerGo Workshop and JA Start Smart Workshop at Jiangnan University.这 是 我 第 一 次 参 加 这 么 正 式 的 活 动 。GE 志 愿 者 们对 职 业 的 详 细 解 说 以 及 我 们 队 每 个 队 员 提 出 的 不 同见 解 着 实 让 我 大 开 眼 界 。 志 愿 者 耐 心 精 辟 的 指 导 ,是 我 们 学 生 时 代 一 笔 巨 大 的 财 富 ! 忠 心 地 感 谢 每 一位 GE 志 愿 者 带 给 我 们 的 精 彩 解 说 , 谢 谢 你 们 !——— 江 南 大 学 刘 波More than 40 students attended the JA Career Go Workshop,discussing career development, social networking, job interviewsand resume writing with volunteers. The unique insight thevolunteers shared not only allowed the students to thinkdeeply about their own career path, but also let them knowthe difference between a job and a career. They also learnedthe importance of self-understanding played in their careerdevelopment.The JA Start Smart Workshop, which drew a crowd of more than30 students, elaborated on a range of topics including careeraccomplishment, professional morality and career attitude.Interactive activities such as brainstorming sessions helpedstudents build up career values and cultivate their creativity andleadership skills.The two workshops were well received by the students atJiangnan University. As the activities came to a conclusion,students sent emails thanking the volunteers for giving themsuch wonderful lectures.The JA Start Smart Workshop brought many newthings to us. Thank you volunteers for giving us theopportunity to learn things that our school courserarely mentioned. GE volunteers shared tons ofinformation on career morality, career wisdom andmanners, among which career morality given by Lindatruly inspired me. It’s very important for us to besmarter in the workplace when we graduate.―Liu Qing from Jiangnan University乐 享 低 碳 环 保 先 行——GE 中 国 研 发 中 心 志 愿 者 走 进 陆 家 嘴 社 区 开 展 环 保 讲 座Enjoying the Low Carbon Life— GE CTC Volunteers Hold Educational Sessions for Residentsin Shanghai5 月 12 日 , 近 30 名 GE 中 国 研 发 中 心 志 愿 者 来 到 陆 家 嘴 社 区 福山 居 民 区 , 为 社 区 居 民 举 办 了 一 场 内 容 丰 富 的 “ 低 碳 环 保 ” 讲 座 ,可 容 纳 250 人 的 会 场 座 无 虚 席 , 场 面 非 常 热 烈 。在 讲 座 开 始 时 , 陆 家 嘴 街 道 领 导 及 GE 中 国 研 发 中 心 公 关 总 监肖 傲 霜 分 别 发 表 了 致 辞 。 之 后 ,GE 志 愿 者 们 纷 纷 上 场 , 为 社 区居 民 讲 授 了 一 堂 生 动 有 趣 的 环 保 知 识 课 。 塑 料 部 门 的 官 冰 为 大家 介 绍 了 垃 圾 分 类 及 塑 料 安 全 知 识 , 而 且 在 讲 解 的 过 程 中 穿 插了 趣 味 问 答 , 极 高 地 带 动 了 居 民 的 参 与 性 。 接 着 , 来 自 水 处 理部 门 的 王 雷 及 胡 世 元 分 享 了 他 们 的 节 水 知 识 , 在 他 们 专 业 又 不失 生 动 的 讲 解 中 , 居 民 们 不 仅 了 解 到 了 节 水 的 方 法 而 且 还 学 到了 安 全 用 水 方 面 的 知 识 , 可 谓 受 益 良 多 。除 了 知 识 分 享 外 , 志 愿 者 们 还 特 别 设 置 了 有 奖 抢 答 、 低 碳 生 活创 意 等 互 动 活 动 , 让 居 民 们 在 轻 松 愉 快 的 氛 围 里 了 解 到 了 生 活垃 圾 分 类 的 重 要 性 和 节 约 水 资 源 的 迫 切 性 , 为 低 碳 生 活 的 推 广贡 献 了 自 己 的 一 份 力 量 。活 动 结 束 后 , 福 山 街 道 的 居 民 对 GE 志 愿 者 带 来 的 精 彩 讲 座 表示 感 谢 , 同 时 也 希 望 GE 志 愿 者 多 多 来 访 社 区 开 展 更 多 活 动 。GE 志 愿 者 也 表 示 , 有 爷 爷 奶 奶 们 的 热 情 参 与 , 未 来 还 会 组 织 更多 有 意 义 的 活 动 , 与 社 区 积 极 互 动 , 为 社 区 服 务 。On May 12, about 30 GE CTC volunteers visited the Lujiazuicommunity to present a lecture on the benefits of a low carbonlifestyle and the importance of protecting the environment. Atotal of 250 residents attended the event.After the kick-off speeches delivered by the leader of the Lujiazuicommunity and Xiao Aoshuang, PR Director of GE CTC: GEvolunteers gave lectures on environmental protection. Guan Bingfrom GE Plastics not only introduced the basic concept of garbagedistribution and plastic safety, but also hosted a Q&A session. WangLei and Hu Shiyuan, both from GE Water, also shared knowledge onwater conservation. Through their professional and vivid explanation,the participants learned methods on how to save water and how touse water in a safe way.GE volunteers also initiated some interactive activities includingQ&A award and ideas of low carbon life to promote the conceptof low carbon life, allowing residents to learn the importance ofgarbage distribution and the urgency of saving water.At the end of the day, the residents expressed their gratitudeto the GE volunteers for their information sessions, and alsoexpressed their hope that GE volunteers would come to thecommunity again to hold similar activities in the future.71 GE & MEIt’s my first time attending this kind ofactivity.
