员 工 天 地 Employee Corner诚 信 快 乐 !——2012 GE 中 国 诚 信 周 顺 利 举 行Integrity Is Fun!— 2012 GE Greater China Integrity Week作 为 一 家 高 度 重 视 企 业 道 德 的 公 司 ,GE 深 知 诚信 和 合 规 意 识 的 重 要 性 , 也 一 直 致 力 于 将 这 种 精神 融 入 到 GE 企 业 文 化 中 。 今 年 , 首 届 主 题 为 “ 诚信 快 乐 ” 的 GE 中 国 诚 信 周 于 4 月 16 日 至 20 日 成 功 举 办 , 其 丰 富 多 彩 的 竞 赛 和 活 动 在 中 国 各 地 精 彩 开 展 , 展 示 了 “ 诚信 文 化 ” 多 姿 多 彩 的 一 面 , 得 到 了 员 工 的 积 极 参 与 。在 诚 信 周 的 热 身 阶 段 , 三 个 令 人 兴 奋 的 竞 赛 项 目 已 经 悄 然 展 开 : 诚 信 & 合 规 海 报 设 计 竞 赛 , 诚 信 & 合 规 吉 祥 物 设 计 竞 赛 ,以 及 诚 信 & 合 规 案 例 分 析 竞 赛 。 截 止 到 4 月 6 日 , 主 办 方 共 收 到 91 份 海 报 设 计 方 案 ,59 个 吉 祥 物 设 计 方 案 ,13 个 案例 分 析 方 案 。 经 过 初 审 的 作 品 进 入 到 16 日 至 19 日 的 网 上 公 开 投 票 环 节 。 经 过 GE 员 工 的 激 烈 投 票 , 来 自 石 油 天 然 气 集团 的 彭 涛 和 来 自 医 疗 集 团 的 康 大 洋 分 别 荣 获 最 佳 海 报 设 计 奖 和 吉 祥 物 设 计 奖 , 并 各 自 获 得 一 个 iPad 作 为 奖 品 。 其 余 进入 总 决 赛 的 参 赛 者 均 获 得 了 一 个 iPod touch。As a company that prides itself in its ethics, GE is committed toraising integrity and compliance awareness inside the companyand within the larger community. This year GE Greater ChinaIntegrity Week was under the theme of “Integrity Is Fun,” and heldsuccessfully from April 16 to 20 with a variety of contests andother fun activities held across the country. A large number ofGE employees participated in the events, which received supportand praise from GE’s top leaders.In the run-up to Integrity Week in April, three exciting contestswere held including the Integrity & Compliance Poster DesignContest, Integrity & Compliance Mascot Contest, and finally theIntegrity & Compliance Case Study Contest. By the deadlineon April 6, 91 poster designs, 59 mascot designs and 13 caseshad been submitted. After a basic review process, finalists hadtheir designs posted online for public voting from April 16 to 19.After four days of voting, the winners were announced: PengTao from Oil & Gas Department won the poster design contestand Kang Dayang from Healthcare Department won the mascotdesign contest. Both received iPads as prizes. Other finalists wereawarded an iPod touch.During Integrity Week, activities were held online and at varioussites around China. At China Technology Park (CTP) in Shanghaiand China Innovation Center (CIC) in Chengdu, two graffiti wallswere created for employees to express what GE integrity meansto them. Many creative ideas and amusing expressions werepresented. On April 19, lunchtime quizzes on integrity were heldat Shanghai CTP. Although some participants found the quiz tobe somewhat difficult, they were able to do well after readingthe book “The Spirit & the Letter” which had been stapled on thegraffiti walls. At the same time, numerous online activities wereprepared including an online quiz and online survey. Employeescan access the videos of GE China leaders played in the lobbies ofall GE sites in China throughout the week, and know the leaders’views on the importance of the compliance.The highlight of Integrity Week was the Compliance Carnival heldat the square of Shanghai CTP on April 20. Mark Whittenburg,Chief Compliance Officer of GE Greater China & Mongolia, gaveopening remarks followed by two ombudspersons announcingthe winners of the design contests. They also spoke briefly aboutwhat it was like to be an ombudsperson for GE.
