RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSThe Ulster-Scots Agency is part of the Language Body which is a North/South Implementation body sponsored by theDepartment of Culture, Arts & Leisure (DCAL) and the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (DAHG).The above named Departments are regarded as related parties. During the year the Ulster-Scots Agency had varioustransactions with these Departments and with other entities for which DCAL and DAHG are regarded as the parentDepartments.None of the board members, members of the key staff or other related parties has undertaken any material transactions with the UlsterScots Agency during the financial year ending 31 December 2009.54
