This system enables monthly expenditure reports to be produced forconsideration by the Board and senior management and for reporting toSponsor Departments and the North/South Ministerial Council. Also in 2009the Agency installed a new grants database to facilitate improvedmanagement and recording of grants approved under the Financial AssistanceScheme. We also continued to develop our financial policy and proceduresand implemented improvements in our grant processes in response to anumber of internal audit reports and a review of policies and procedurescarried out by KPMG consultants.During the year the Agency relocated from Franklin House to new officeaccommodation in Great Victoria Street. We would like to thank theValuation and Lands Agency for their work to secure the new premises onour behalf.54
