This idea is taken to its harmonic and emotional extremes, developing throughout and gainingmomentum. The piece ends with a sonic climax, representing the true development of an idea over itsjourney. Dr. Panda’s research has shown thousands of genes in everycell from neuron to hair follicle turn on and off at specific times of theday. This gene orchestra dictates the optimum times for everythingfrom athletic performance, shaving, taking any medicine to crammingfor an exam. His research has found flipping a light switch or taking asnack bite at a certain time can reset the circadian clock.
