One way ratchet mechanismThe ratchet is basically a rack and a pinion but linkedthrough two claws.These claws control that the output gear only moves inone sense with stepped motion by pushing the rackforwards and backwards.Lever SliderThe lever slider converts a constant rotational motioninto an asynchronous motion in a different axe by usinga pin joined to a rotary table that goes over a rotary armwith a slot.SensorsPotentiometerThe potentiometer unit converts a linear or rotationalmovement into an electrical signal.It allows monitoring the motion from a PC or PLC,etc.2 Way Poto Electric SensorThe photo electric sensor transmits a presence digitalsignal to a PC or PLC, etc.ActuatorsZ axis robot armThe Z axis robot arm has a pneumatic cylinder that actuates inthe Z axe and a suction pad for pitching coins or smallcontainers.It includes a magnet at the bottom to allow fixing it to a metallicsurface. The cylinder has two magnetic sensors to know theexact position of the rod.Pneumatic CylinderThe pneumatic cylinder moves forwards andbackwards. Adjusting the flow regulators you can varythe speed of the motion.The cylinder is commanded by a solenoid valve.DC MotorThe DC motor works in both motion senses.
