Internationalstudents who accept the tuition grant need only to pay about 20% of the total fees but will be bonded to work in Singapore for 3years upon completion of their courses. Those who wish to pay the full fees can opt to reject the government tuition grant.2. Tuition Grant IneligibilityApplicants who have received tuition grants and completed their first year of study in a local university would not be entitled to fulltuition grant.3. Place Reserved on NS GroundsSingaporean / Singapore PR male applicants who are unable to commence their studies starting 15 Apr <strong>2013</strong> on grounds ofNational Service may request to have their place reserved upon the offer of admission.
