She moved backto Liberia after the civil war andstarted her janitorial and buildingmaintenance company. DUS offersChevron office and residentialcleaning, laundry services, appliancemaintenance, gardening and areceptionist for the front office.Chevron Liberia Limited’s SupplyChain Management (SCM) teamdescribes DUS as a success storythat is an example of other localcompanies to emulate. DUS hasincreased its staff from seven tosixteen employees over the twoyears it has been contracted byChevron Liberia Limited.When asked how she has been ableto maintain and develop her staff,Ms. Groffier explains that she listensto her employees, addresses theirconcerns, provides good salariesand assures them of her respect andappreciation for maintaining a highlevel of trust with her clients.Ms. Groffier praises the SCM teamfor engaging her and providingfeedback on her company’sperformance.
