<strong>Volunteer</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>BOND</strong> <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Conference</strong>!<strong>http</strong>://<strong>www</strong>.<strong>bond</strong>.<strong>org</strong>.<strong>uk</strong>/news/annual-conferenceWe are looking for a number of student volunteers who could help with <strong>the</strong> logistics of <strong>the</strong> Bond<strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Conference</strong> this year.The conference is on Tuesday 5 November and we are looking for about 10 volunteers in total.Roles on <strong>the</strong> day would include:Helping with guidance and movement around <strong>the</strong> conference centreRegistr<strong>at</strong>ionEnsuring th<strong>at</strong> se<strong>at</strong>s are filled from front in break-out sessionsSupporting chairs to help sessions run on timeChecking rooms to ensure th<strong>at</strong> AV requirements have been set up correctly in conjunctionwith in-house technicianWh<strong>at</strong> we can offer student volunteers:An insight into <strong>the</strong> key players in <strong>the</strong> UK intern<strong>at</strong>ional development sectorAn insight into event production and a role in making a major intern<strong>at</strong>ional event worksuccessfullySome access to <strong>the</strong> sessions <strong>the</strong>mselves for some volunteersWe would also need some help on <strong>the</strong> preceding Thursday 31 October or Friday 1 November, tohelp with:Deleg<strong>at</strong>e packsBadgesAssembly of m<strong>at</strong>erialsWorking with Bond staff in <strong>the</strong> Bond officeHow to applyWe are interested in volunteers who are studying courses rel<strong>at</strong>ed to intern<strong>at</strong>ional development,although no prior knowledge is required!If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to Michael Wright <strong>at</strong> Bondmwright@<strong>bond</strong>.<strong>org</strong>.<strong>uk</strong> by 10 October indic<strong>at</strong>ing which day you would like to volunteer for.
