The name and identification number of the Contract is Periodic Maintenance of Sainj Chopal NerwaShallu Road km. 38/0 to 90/0 under State Roads Project Package No.HP-SH-08. [1.1]For each road details refer Schedule 2The Works consist of: the periodic maintenance works on roads listed in Schedule 2Providing and Laying 20mm thick open-graded premix surfacing, Profile Correction Course, Repair toC.D. Works, Side Drain and Parapets in PCC and road side furniture and fixing sign boards and &Bioengineering measures accordance with the requirement of Specifications and drawings all aspects of qualityassurance of various components of the work, rectification of the Defects in the completed works during theDefects Liability Period and other item of works as may be required to be carried out for completing the works inaccordance with the provisions of the contract to ensure safety along the roads.The Start Date shall be the 10 th day after date of issue of notice to proceed with the work.
