Guidelines for TOPS’L Beach &Racquet Resort Weddings & EventsThe following guidelines define the bookings and use of theTOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort for weddings and events:All bookings of weddings and events at TOPS’L Beach &Racquet Resort must be made through the ResortQuest Group SalesDepartment a 800-654-4030 and are booked on a first come,first serve basis.A minimum number of rooms are required to rent the meetingfacilities at the TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort.200 Guests = 25 Rooms Required150 Guests = 18 Rooms Required100 Guests = 12 Rooms RequiredRoom Minimum Guideline:75 Guests = 9 Rooms Required50 Guests = 6 Rooms Required25 Guests = 3 Rooms Required**If minimum room requirement is not met the charge for use ofthe beach for ceremony is $1500.00**Wedding and Event VenuesTOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort Pool Deck = $1500/dayRental includes 2000 square foot Centre Court Conference Room incase ofinclement weather, set-up, tables, chairs and white linen. Quiettime on the pool deck is 10pm all events must end at this time as to notdisturb other guests staying at the resort.Centre Court Conference Room at TOPS’L Beach & RacquetResort (2000 square feet) = $1000/dayRental includes set-up, tables, chairs and white linens.Payment and CancellationsThe full rental fee is due within 14 days of booking. If the event iscancelled at anytime you will forfeit fifty percent of the rental fee.Events cancelled within 60 days of arrival will forfeit full rental fee.ResortQuest offers full service catering.
