Manna and co- workers 416 have repotedpyrazoline derivatives which act as potent antiinflammatory, analgesic andantipyretics agent. Grant and co-worker 417found pyrazoline (II) having goodantimicrobial properties.CH 3C H 3NPhRNNOHNNR'COOH( I )( II)ClJatin Upadhyay et al. 418 have synthesised 1- actyl- 4,5-dihyro-5-(4-hydroxy-3-methanoxyphenyl)-3-(4-phenylsulphonamidophenyl)-1H-pyrazole and otherderivatives. Vikani and co-workers 419have prepared pyrazoline derivatives fromarsanillic acid for their antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Patel et al. 420 havesynthesised and reported antimicrobial activity of pyrazolines. Fernandes et al. 421have synthesised and tested for their activity against different strains of bacteria andfungi. Sorathia et al. 422 have reported new derivatives of pyrazoline as antimicrobialagents.More Udupi and co- worker 423 have reported pyrazolines having analgesic,bactericidal, antifungal, antitubercular and antiinflammatory agents.
