There is anoverall forecast cumulative surplus in resources of £13.4m by 2015/16.General Fund Programme5.5 The annual surplus in capital receipts for <strong>2012</strong>/13 is forecast to be £3.1m. Thecumulative surplus in capital receipts by 2015/16 is now forecast to be £26.6m. Itis anticipated, in accordance with the Council’s debt reduction strategy, that thissurplus will be set aside to repay debt.5.6 The quarter 2 position is summarised in table 5, with details in appendices 3, 4 <strong>and</strong>5.
