Asoon as we got there, she explained the entiretreatment to me so I would know what toexpect. The first step, she said, was exfoliation.And thus began the exfoliation. As I started tothink that this may be the most difficult part ofthe treatment (As Nesha had informed me that itwas quite rigorous), When the massage startedshortly after the scrub, I realised that, I honestlythought to myself, “is this my punishment forhaving cellulite??” I then reminded myselfquickly of the ‘no pain no gain’ philosophy.When I announced that it was a little painful,Nesha informed me that the first few sessionsare the most difficult as the more cellulite youhave, the more uncomfortable the massage willfeel. I have to admit though; I could practicallyfeel the bumpy cottage cheese-like skinflattening out. After the massage, the therapistcovered my skin in a mask that aids in reducingthe cellulite, and then gave me a shoulder andscalp massage as we waited for the mask to soakinto my skin. Afterwards Nesha removed thewrap and peeled off the mask. She informed methat I should not shower for the next 12 hours inorder for the skin to fully take in the treatment.When I left, I honestly felt a little different. Ieven felt my skin was a bit tighter than usual andit felt great!
