Always make sure to drink plenty of waterdaily; this will promote hair growth and shine.2. Eat the right nutrients—the hair loves leafygreens, especially Rokka leaves, carrots andnuts.3. Make sure to put plenty natural oils atleast once a week as weekly hair masques,massaged into the scalp in circular motionspreferably heated. Leave this in your hair forat least three hours.
