[<strong>SRD</strong>ID 40400]The Web Browser content management functionality shall display the Electronic Program Guide. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID40600]The Web Browser content management functionality shall support HTTPS. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 40700]3.2.2.1.8 Video FunctionalityThe following requirements apply only to Video functionality:The Video functionality shall provide means to convert IP video to NTSC and PAL, allowing video to be viewedon external hardware. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 40800]The Video functionality shall include a capability of viewing the transmitted video from the uplink on the localRBM. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 40900]The Video functionality shall provide IP video recording capability for at least 30 minutes, at a minimum rate of 3Mbps so that incoming video streams can be time shifted. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 41000]3.2.2.1.9 RDA MonitoringThe following requirement applies to RDA Monitoring only:The RDA shall provide RBM Local Monitoring functionality that displays a statistics page for LAN connectedusers so that they can see the status of incoming files. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 41100]3.2.2.2 Broadcast Reception Management ActivitiesBroadcast Reception Activities (BRA) includes the web interfaces, reports, and software needed for a RBMoperators and end users to manage the RBM profile and request products from the SBM.3.2.2.2.1 RBM Reception Management with ReachbackThe following requirements apply only to RBM Reception Management with Reachback:For RBMs with reachback, the Reception Management functionality shall allow an end user to enter RBM profileinformation. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 42000]For RBMs with reachback, the Reception Management functionality shall allow an end user to request therebroadcast of products from the Broadcast Management Segment. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 42100]For RBMs with reachback, the Reception Management functionality shall allow an end user to view the systemtuningguide. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 42200]For RBMs with reachback, the Reception Management functionality shall allow an end user to pull content fromeither SBM’s Content Catalog or via source URL. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 42300]3.2.2.2.2 RBM Reception Management through ProxyThe following requirements apply only to RBM Reception Management through Proxy:For RBMs using a proxy, the Reception Management functionality shall include a capability for manual entry ofkey RBM information by a proxy. [<strong>SRD</strong> ID 43500]For RBMs using a proxy, the Reception Management functionality shall allow key information to be entered via aweb browser. This information may include but is not limited to: geographical location, satellite uplinkmodulator(s) providing coverage, RBM Active times, IAVA status, receive terminal class (e.g., Small, Medium,Large), and RBM Application Information.
