HULLRoundbilge, the hull and the superstructure are made of aluminum ALMG 4,5type 5083, H116/H321/W28 (american bureau of shipping). The extrusions aremade of aluminum type 50ST and 51ST.The hull skin plates are made of 6mm aluminium and deck, superstructure andpilothouse are made of 5mm aluminium. The keel casing is made of 10mm andengine supports of 15mm aluminium. Ballast: lead in keel and bilge, total 4,7tons. The rudder system (two balance rudders) with Jefa self-aligning heavyduty bearing system. Atlantic sailing yachts are build according the highest CEstandards(Ocean class) for pleasure yachts.DECK ANDSUPERSTRUCTUREINSULATIONENGINE ROOMThe complete superstructure, pilothouse, deck and cockpit are made ofaluminium, which makes this a very strong construction together with thealuminium roundbilge hull. The cockpit is selfdraining through generous ductsand opening to the swimming platform. This yacht pilothouse provides anexcellent comfort and shelter at sea.The inside of the ship is complete insulatedwith 40 mm polyurethane hard foaminsulation (closed cell structure) fromfloor upwards, fireclass B2.The main engine is mounted on antivibrationmounts and engine room insideis installed with Mercoform combinationsheet. This sheet insulates ánd absorbsat the same time. The engine room isdesigned to ensure good access to theengine. There are pipes installed to ensuregenerous fresh air circulation.2


PAINT SYSTEMThe hull and superstructure will be covered with an epoxy coating system of“International Paint”. The topsides has a smooth finish, the bottom is treatedwith anti-fouling. Colours, waterline, lettering ofthe name and homeport are performed according tobuyers choice. Coating treatment is supervised andwarranted by “International Paint”.All woodwork inside is treated with sixcoats of high quality satin gloss PU varnish. The deckhas been treated with non-slip paint.MAST AND RIGGINGENGINESEA COCKSZINC ANODESYanmar 4JH4TE, 75 Hp, 55,2 kW, mounted on anti-vibration mounts. Clutch, powertransmission to propeller shaft with Aquadrive/homokineet adapter and connectionflens. Intercooling system, ex haust with water jacket, water lock and silencer.Oil lubricated propeller shaft. Fixed bronze 3-blade propeller. Engine panel withtachometer, temperature meter, ignition control, hours counter, control lights withalarm sound for temperature, oil pressure and alternator.The engine will further be equiped with 12V / 75Amp alternator and 24V / 75Ampalternator for the electrical 12 and 24 volts system on board.The build in fueltank has a capacity of ± 640 liter. The fuel system will be equippedwith Racor Dual Spin-on filter system. This filter system provides twice the filteringcapacity, has an self-venting drain for easy servicing and also has shut-off valvelocated in the mounting head to switch easy over to a clean filter when problemsappear with dirty fuel.All used seacocks are from Flowtech. These are thru hull performance valves andvalve pipe can be faired smooth to the boater’s outer skin so that when the valveis closed, the internal plunger and valve creates a flush, fair & fast outer surface.These seacocks are made of Marelon®.2 big round zinc anodes (225mm) are integrated in the hull and two smaler inrudder blades. The construction in the hull/rudders and shape of these anodesreduces the resistance in the water to a minimum.3
