GENERALINFORMATIONP L E A S E R E G I S T E R E A R L Y !OvervieW: <strong>Miami</strong> Neona<strong>to</strong>logy <strong>2013</strong> strives <strong>to</strong> provide medical professionals with comprehensiveknowledge of <strong>the</strong> leading trends and best practices in neona<strong>to</strong>logy. This course will highlight <strong>the</strong> most currentconcepts in <strong>the</strong> pathogenesis, management and prevention of problems in <strong>the</strong> newborn infant. <strong>Miami</strong> Neona<strong>to</strong>logy<strong>2013</strong> will provide attendees with an extensive educational program featuring new developments in treatingconditions that are causally associated with morbidity and mortality in <strong>the</strong> neonate. Participants will understand<strong>the</strong> importance of <strong>the</strong> preventive approach in minimizing medical complications and optimizing developmentaloutcome. Important <strong>to</strong>pics will include prenatal conditions that may jeopardize <strong>the</strong> fetus, management of acuteneonatal complications, as well as issues relating <strong>to</strong> long term developmental outcome.
