10 th <str<strong>on</strong>g>Symposium</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Flora</strong> <strong>of</strong> Sou<strong>the</strong>astern <strong>Serbia</strong> <strong>and</strong> Neighbouring regi<strong>on</strong>s,Vlasina 17 to 20 June 2010status <strong>of</strong> seeds <strong>and</strong> lowered germinati<strong>on</strong> percentage, growth <strong>and</strong> flowering. In oldseeds, CAT <strong>and</strong> SOD activity, were significantly lower, <strong>and</strong> de novo proteinsyn<strong>the</strong>sis started later during imbibiti<strong>on</strong>. Under <strong>the</strong> suitable photoperiodic c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>sin vitro, plant flowers in 15 days, <strong>and</strong> produces seeds in 10 weeks. C. rubrum plantsmodify <strong>the</strong>ir growth <strong>and</strong> development in accordance with photoperiod. We showedthat <strong>the</strong> growth pattern to <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>on</strong>togenesis, <strong>the</strong> flowering <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> seeddevelopment, are all determined by <strong>the</strong> photoperiod <strong>the</strong> seedlings experience duringearly phases <strong>of</strong> reproductive development - inducti<strong>on</strong> <strong>and</strong> evocati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> flowering.We showed changes in antioxidative enzymes activities in different phases <strong>of</strong>vegetative <strong>and</strong> reproductive development. The highest CAT activity was measuredat <strong>the</strong> time <strong>of</strong> flowering, PODs are involved in determinati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> C. rubrum growth<strong>and</strong> development in accordance with <strong>the</strong> envir<strong>on</strong>ment <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> absence <strong>of</strong> some SODis<strong>of</strong>orms could be <strong>the</strong> indicator <strong>of</strong> C. rubrum senescence.Diapor<strong>the</strong> eres complex – Novi patogen Kantari<strong>on</strong>a u SrbijiPavlović, S. 1 , Stojanović, S 2 , Starović, M. 2 , Stevic, T. 11 Institut za proučavanje lekovitog bilja „Dr Josif Pančić“ Beograd, Srbija2 Institut za zaštitu bilja i životnu sredinu, Beograd, Srbijaspavlovic@mocbilja.rsKantari<strong>on</strong> (Hypericum perforatum L.) je višegodišnja lekovita biljka koja seplantažno gaji u Srbij poslednjih sedam godina i na kojoj su do sada opisane četirivrste patogenih gljiva iz roda Fusarium i Colletotrichum gleosporoides (Pavlović etal, 2000; Ivanović i sar.,2000). Tokom 2008. godine zapaženo je novo oboljenje naplantažnim zasadima kantari<strong>on</strong>a u lokalitetu Pančevo. Karakteristični simptomi sejavljaju na osušenom stablu u drugoj godini gajenja u vidu nekrotičnih pega nakojima se formira masa pojedinačnih piknida koji su u vlažnoj sredini produkovali αi ß k<strong>on</strong>idije. α k<strong>on</strong>idije su jednoćelične, ovalne sa zaobljenim krajevima, hialinske iimaju dve uljane kapi karakteristične za rod Phomopsis a ß k<strong>on</strong>idije su jednoćelijske,hialinske, k<strong>on</strong>časte izdužene. Korišćenjem st<strong>and</strong>arnog fitopatološkog metodananošenjem fragmenta tkiva sa granice zdrave i obolele kore na hranljivu podloguod krompira (PDA) izvršena je izolacija patogena (Dhingra <strong>and</strong> Sinclair 1986).Porast patogena ispitivan je na PDA podlozi na temperaturi 25°C u uslovimanaizmeničnog osvetlenja (12/12 h svetlo/mrak). U ovakvim uslovim patogen razvijaretku belu, vunastu, ili pamučnu vazdušnu miceliju koja kasnije poprima nijanseprljavo bele boje. Nak<strong>on</strong> deset dana stvaraju se stromatične tvorevine u okviru kojihse obrazuju pojedinačne, ili u grupama razbacane tamne piknidije srednje veličine(1-3 mm). Identifikacija do roda vršena je na osnovu makroskopskih i odgajivačkihodlika patogena, a identifikacija vrste u Institute <strong>of</strong> Royal Ne<strong>the</strong>rl<strong>and</strong>s Academy <strong>of</strong>78
