10 th <str<strong>on</strong>g>Symposium</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Flora</strong> <strong>of</strong> Sou<strong>the</strong>astern <strong>Serbia</strong> <strong>and</strong> Neighbouring regi<strong>on</strong>s,Vlasina 17 to 20 June 2010<strong>of</strong> factors by means <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> corresp<strong>on</strong>dence analysis. Based <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> obtained data, it was c<strong>on</strong>cluded that <strong>the</strong>re existed a significant correlati<strong>on</strong> between <strong>the</strong> development <strong>of</strong>certain life forms <strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>e side <strong>and</strong> levels <strong>of</strong> substrate moisture (F), nutrient c<strong>on</strong>tent(N) <strong>and</strong> substrate dispersi<strong>on</strong>/aerati<strong>on</strong> (D) <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r. These relati<strong>on</strong>ships in <strong>the</strong>riparian z<strong>on</strong>e <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> examined lake resulted in <strong>the</strong> predominance <strong>of</strong> life formsbel<strong>on</strong>ging to hemicryptophytes <strong>and</strong> hydro-helophytes, <strong>the</strong> forms which are perfectlyadapted to water-saturated or aquatic envir<strong>on</strong>ment, rich in nutrients <strong>and</strong> relativelywell aerated. There was no indicati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> significant relati<strong>on</strong>ships between <strong>the</strong>development <strong>of</strong> certain life forms <strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>e side <strong>and</strong> substrate (envir<strong>on</strong>ment) pH (R)<strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tent <strong>of</strong> organo-mineral compounds (humus) (H) <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r.Priroda promenljivosti morfoloških karaktera taks<strong>on</strong>aJovibarba heuffeli (Schott) A. Löve & D. Löve u Srbiji. Glavni cilj rada je dase utvrdi struktura i korelacija varijabilnosti morfoloških karaktera kao i zavisnostvarijabilnosti morfoloških karaktera od orografije, podloge i bioklimatskihkarakteristika staništa Analizom je obuhvaćeno 25 morfoloških karaktera sa 96individua iz 9 različitih populacija sakupljenih na teritoriji Srbije. Od statističkihanaliza korišćene su: osnovna deskriptivna statistika, analiza korelacija, analizavarijansi (ANOVA), analiza glavnih komp<strong>on</strong>ena (PCA) i regresi<strong>on</strong>a anliza (linearnaregresija). Za kvantifikaciju varijabilnosti svih morfoloških karaktera korišćen jekoeficijent varijacije (CV). Korelaci<strong>on</strong>a analiza je urađena da bi se utvrdilameđusobna povezanost samih karaktera, ANOVA da bi se utvrdila statističkaznačajnost variranja svih morfometrijskih karaktera, a linearna regresija da bi seutvrdio nivo zavisnosti varijabilnosti morfoloških karaktera u odnosu na orografiju,podlogu i bioklimatske parametre na datim staništima. DIVA-GIS s<strong>of</strong>tver jekorišćen za ekstrakciju bioklimatskih podataka i njihovo povezivanje samorfološkim karakteristikama analiziranih individua.44
