Any one of the following documents should suffice, as a proof oflanding of export consignment in specified Focus Market:i. A self attested copy of import bill of entry filed by importerin specified market, orii.iii.iv.Delivery order issued by port authorities, orArrival notice issued by goods carrier, orTracking report from the goods carrier duly certified bythem, evidencing arrival of export cargo to destinationFocus Market, orv. For exporter withmore than 50 shipping bills in one year, multiple applications canbe filed and supplementary cut (Para 9.4 of HBP v1) shall not beapplicable.Shipments from EDI Ports and Non-EDI Ports cannot be clubbedin one application. Port of registration for EDI enabled ports shallbe any one EDI port of exports, as per the choice of the applicant.In case of exports through non-EDI port, the port of registrationshall be the relevant non EDI port of exports. Accordingly separateapplication shall be filed for each non EDI port.50

For others, application for obtaining DutyCredit scrip for incremental growth in exports during currentlicensing year 2008-09 shall be filed in ANF 3F within a period oftwelve months after expiry of current licensing year. Applicationfiled in ANF 3F, shipments from EDI Ports and Non-EDI Portscan be clubbed in one application and the port of registration shallbe any one of the ports of exports, as per the choice of theapplicant.3.23 COMMON PROCEDURAL FEATURES FORPROMOTIONAL SCHEMES, APPLICABLE TO ALLSCHEMES IN THIS CHAPTER, UNLESSSPECIFICALLY PROVIDED FOR:Jurisdictional RA / 3.23.1 Applicant shall have option to choose Jurisdictional RA on basisRA Concernedof Corporate Office, Registered Office, Branch Office addressendorsed on IEC. However, once opted, no change would beallowed.3.23.2 Provisions contained in Chapter 2, 9 of this HBP shall apply to allPromotional Schemes.Port of Registration 3.23.3 Duty Credit scrip (including splits) shall be issued with a singleport of registration as per choice of applicant. Before registration,authorities shall verify genuineness of Duty Credit scrip, from RAconcerned, until EDI system of message exchange is put in place.51
