Validity Of Import 2.12 Validity <strong>of</strong> import / export Authorisation from date <strong>of</strong> issue shallLicence / Certificate /be as follows, unless specified otherwise:Authorisation /Permissions /CCPs / Export licence(i) Advance Authorisation / DFIA 24 months(including Advance Authorisation forannual requirement, andReplenishment Authorisation forGem & Jewellery as perChapter- 4 <strong>of</strong> FTP).(ii) EPCG Authorisation (other 36 monthsthan spares)(iii) EPCG Authorisation for Spares, Co-terminusrefractories, catalyst andwith EOP <strong>of</strong>consumablesEPCGAuthorisation.(iv) Others including CCP and DEPB,unless otherwise specified24 months(v) Advance Authorisation / DFIA for 24 monthsdeemed export (including Advance or Co-terminusAuthorisation for annual requirement) with contractedduration <strong>of</strong> projectexecution ,whichever is later.(vi) Export Licence / Authorisation12 months(However, EFCmay decide toissue ExportAuthorisation fora longer durationin case <strong>of</strong> R&Dstudies based onrecommendation<strong>of</strong> technicalauthority)2.12.1 Where an Authorisation expires during the month, suchAuthorisation shall be deemed to be valid until last day <strong>of</strong>concerned month.This proviso would be applicable even for a revalidatedAuthorisation.17
