y LEP persons to the PHA’s Housing Choice Voucher program and services.PHA PolicyIf it is determined that the PHA serves very few LEP persons, and the PHA has verylimited resources, the PHA will not develop a written LEP plan, but will consideralternative ways to articulate in a reasonable manner a plan for providing meaningfulaccess.
