OTHER FEES AND CHARGES [24 CFR 983.354]Meals and Supportive ServicesWith the exception of PBV assistance in assisted living developments, the owner may not requirethe tenant to pay charges for meals or supportive services. Non-payment of such charges is notgrounds for termination of tenancy.In assisted living developments receiving PBV assistance, the owner may charge for meals orsupportive services. These charges may not be included in the rent to owner, nor may the valueof meals and supportive services be included in the calculation of the reasonable rent.
