One of the important requirements ofOrpheus FE is a low SAPS‐content, which stands forSuplhated Ash, Phosphor and Sulphur.Orpheus LL‐II‐FE SAE 5W/40, developed with specialadditives, not only provides good protection duringextended drain intervals; it is also suitable for Euro‐4passenger cars from Mercedes Benz and BMW,requiring MB norm 229.31 and BMW LL‐04, to preventblocking of the DPF filters.Therefor Orpheus LL‐II‐FE SAE 5W/40 shows a lowcontents of sulphated ash as well as for Sulphur andPhosphorus ("mid SAPS"technology).Orpheus LL‐II‐FE SAE 5W/40 ensures cleanercombustion, enhanced fuel economy and low emissionlevels. Special additives keep the oil and engine partsfree from sludge and deposits.Orpheus LL‐II‐FE SAE 5W/40 guarantees rapid andstable lubrication, high thermal stability under heavydutyconditions in a broad temperature range. Thequality lubricant ensures an extended drain whilecausing low oil consumption.
