Documents to be submitted at the time of reporting for institute admissionsThe Originals of the following documents have to be brought at the time of reporting foradmission:1. Provisional Admission Letter (Issued by CSAB Reporting Centre).2. Admit card of JEE (Main) 2013.3. Score card of JEE (Main) 2013.4. Class X (High School) Board certificate as proof of date of birth.5. Mark sheet and Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (Plus two).6. School Leaving / Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.7. Character and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended.8. Character and Conduct Certificate from a Gazetted Officer issued after December 31,2012 for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in years prior to thecurrent academic year i.e., 2012-2013.9. Community Certificate in the form prescribed by Govt. of India and issued by theCompetent Authority in case of SC/ST candidates. (In case of SC/ST/OEC candidatesfrom Kerala, two copies of ORIGINAL COMMUNITY Certificate as one copy isrequired for Scholarship purpose)10.
