Fill helm with oil and attach fi llerdevice/container to helm.2. Open valve.3. Open bleed fi tting no. 1 and pull cylindershaft all the way out on fi tting no. 1 side ofcylinder.4. Turn <strong>steering</strong> wheel clockwise until an airfree stream of oil comes forth from bleedfi tting no. 1. DO NOT ALLOW SHAFT TOMOVE BACK INTO CYLINDER. DO NOTUSE A WRENCH TO HOLD SHAFT.5. Close bleed fi tting no. 1.6. Open bleed fi tting no. 2 and pull cylindershaft all the way out on fi tting no. 2 side ofcylinder.7. Turn <strong>steering</strong> wheel counter-clockwise untilan air free stream of oil comes forth frombleed fi tting no. 2, then close bleed fi ttingno. 2.8. Open bleed fi tting no. 3 and pull cylindershaft all the way out on fi tting no. 3 side ofcylinder.9. Turn <strong>steering</strong> wheel counter-clock wise untilan air free stream of oil comes forth frombleed fi tting no. 3, then close bleed fi ttingno. 3.10. Open bleed fi tting no. 4 and pull cylindershaft all the way out on fi tting no. 4 sideof cylinder.11. Turn <strong>steering</strong> wheel counter-clockwiseuntil an air free stream of oil comes forthfrom bleed fi tting no. 4, then close bleedfi tting no. 4.12.
