3 Installation Requirements3.2 Boiler PositionThe following limitations MUST be observed when siting the boiler:d) If the boiler is to be fitted in a timber framed building it should be fitted inaccordance with the institute of gas engineers publication IGE/UP/7 "Gasinstallations in Timber Framed Buildings". If in doubt, advice should be soughtfrom the institute of Gas Engineers directly.e) If the appliance is to be installed in a room containing a bath or shower, anyelectrical switch or control utilising mains electricity must be so situated thatit cannot be touched by a person using the bath or shower.
