Ifthe offset value of this mounting configuration is not identified properly, the endsof the swath may be cut off by one, or both, of the depth gates intersecting thebottom display even when a motion sensor is used.In Figure 31, Line B represents the bottom as shown by a sonar head mountedthirty degrees offset looking to starboard.
