Free/Concessional passes.- Private operators under this policy shallbe obliged to carry students and other concessional or free pass holders in theirbuses in the same way as is done by Haryana Roadways buses. The list ofpersons entitled to free/concessional travel is given below. No subsidy shall beadmissible for this purpose since the financial implications of this point has beentaken care while fixing low rates of passenger tax.A. Categories of persons allowed free traveling facility:(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)MLAs and EX-MLAs of Haryana.MPs and EX-MPs of Haryana.Freedom Fighters and Widows of Freedom Fighters.Widows of personnel from of Armed Forces of Haryana State(Army, Navy and Air Force).Blind persons on the basis of Identity Certificate issued by theconcerned Deputy Commissioner along with one attendant.Patients of Thalleysymia along with one attendant.
