22(xxv) The State Transport Authority may after giving notice of not less thanone month :(a)(b)Vary the conditions of the permit.Attach to the permit further conditions.23. Sale of booklet containing application form and submission ofapplications.- A booklet containing detailed terms and conditions for allotment ofbus permit along with application form shall be made available before the generalpublic after the policy has been notified finally. The date for sale of the said bookletcontaining application form alongwith the last date of submission of applicationshall be published through public notice in newspapers separately.24. Number of Routes/Permits.- The routes shown in Annexures A andB are provisional and subject to change/alteration after receiving the objections,suggestions and information from the various quarters. The number of permits inboth the annexures can be increased/decreased i.e. new routes can also beadded/deleted after the objections are decided by the competent authority.25. The State Government may modify/insert/delete any conditions afteradopting due procedure in the public interest.
