20(ii)(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)(vii)The permits shall be granted initially for a period of five years onlyand further renewal shall be subject to the satisfactory performance ofthe permit holder as per conditions laid down under the policy and asprescribed by the State Transport Authority, Haryana.The vehicle shall be used only on a specified route as mentioned inthe permit.The operation of the permit shall commence from the date mentionedin the permit.It shall be ensured that buses on permit are plied by authoriseddrivers having Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence and PassengerService Vehicle Badge only.Permit holder shall ensure that no driver is allowed to perform duty formore than eight hours in a day and second driver is engaged wherebuses ply more than eight hours.Permit holder shall ensure that a conductor, having conductor licenceand Passenger Service Vehicle Badge issued by State TransportAuthority/Regional Transport Authority, Haryana is employed at thebus plying under Stage Carriage Permit.(viii) The permit holder shall ply the bus as per approved time table and onthe assigned route. It shall also be ensured that the trip is plied withinthe time prescribed for the trip.(ix)a) The driver and the conductor shall be required to wear the uniformin grey colour with Passenger Service Vehicle Badge prominentlydisplayed on it.(b) The driver and conductor to be deployed shall bear high moralcharacter and shall be courteous and polite to the commuters.(c) No driver/conductor who has ever been dismissed by HaryanaRoadways or any Government Organization in his previousservice shall be eligible to be deployed in the proposed buses.(d) The driver/conductor to be deployed in the buses shall be requiredto undergo the test and training as prescribed by State TransportAuthority, Haryana.(e) Any driver/conductor shall not be appointed or changed withoutprior intimation to the concerned Secretary, Regional TransportAuthority.(x)(xi)(xii)The fare shall be charged from passengers at rates approved by theHaryana Government and tickets shall be issued to the passengersfor the fare paid.The fare table duly approved by the State Transport Authority,Haryana shall be displayed prominently outside the vehicle near theentrance and inside the vehicle both near the entrance and exit in thespecifications as prescribed by the State Transport Authority,Haryana.Passengers shall not be carried in excess of the registered seating
