19individual permit holder) and President of the Society (in case ofTransport Co-operative Society).(iii)(iv)(v)(vi)(vii)The particulars of the staff appointed by the private operatorshall be submitted to the Secretary, Regional TransportAuthority and also to the local Police Station for informationand record.The mandated provisions of the Labour Laws like minimumwages, weekly rest, maximum duty hours, EPF and ESIcontribution gratuity etc. shall be applicable to the staff. TheStaff/Drivers/ Conductors shall have to be provided uniform asprescribed by the State Transport Authority/Regional TransportAuthority concerned.The staff deployed for the private route buses shall not haveany criminal record. An affidavit shall have to be submitted byPermit Holder in the format prescribed by Secretary, RegionalTransport Authority in this regard.To keep the bus road-worthy in accordance with the provisionsof Haryana Motor Vehicle Rules, and arrange necessary repairsat his cost.To ensure proper cleanliness of the vehicle during its operation.(viii) To ensure insurance covering third party risk.(ix)(x)(xi)(xii)To produce the vehicle for inspection at the time of engagementand also subsequently as and when required.To arrange replacement of a bus on completion of ten years oflife or earlier if required due to involvement in accident or due todamage in fire or other natural calamity etc.To ensure that the bus invariably stops on all the scheduled busstops enroute.To display photographs of the authorized drivers withparticulars/antecedents duly verified from the Police inside thebus.(xiii) To ensure that the bus maintains 100% of the scheduledoperation during a year.(xiv) To ensure that the drivers and conductors engaged by theoperator do not involve in any subversive activities, disruptionin normal services and inconvenience or/and harassment to thecommuters.22. Permit Conditions.-The proposed Stage Carriage Permits shall begranted by the Regional Transport Authorities in Haryana for districts falling withintheir respective region under the following terms and conditions:-(i)The permits to be granted under the proposed policy shall be subjectto the conditions/provisions as laid down in the Motor Vehicles Act,1988 and rules made thereunder and conditions/directions laid downby the State Transport Authority, Haryana from time to time.
