13a hole in a panel or sheet or metallic component, a rubbergrommet of adequate size shall be provided for protectionof the insulation.(f)Front and rear destination boxes shall be illuminated.(xvi) Fittings and accessories.- The bus shall be equipped with thefollowing fittings and accessories;(a) convex rear view mirrors one on each side, universallyadjustable and of adequate dimensions;(b) first-aid box with glazed front with necessary medicines forfirst-aid;(c) fire extinguishers, dry powder type located near the enginecompartment;(d) insulation on interior or exterior of the engine bonnet forreducing the noise and heat from the engine;(e) provision for locating vehicle tool securely;(f)heavy duty windscreen wiper system;(g) adjustable sun visors of adequate size for the driver and forthe attendant;(h) electrically operated wide indicators or blinkers, stop lightsand parking lights;(i)(j)dual head lamps;suitable illumination for the registration number plate at therear;(k) electric bell or buzzer located near the seat of the driveroperated by a push button control fitted near theconductor's seat;(l) document frame located near the seat of the driver forcarrying vehicle documents, tax token, permit, licence, PSVbadge etc;(m) mud flaps for front and rear wheels;(n) horn; and(o) any other specification prescribed by the State TransportAuthority, Haryana from time to time.The above specifications are only illustrative. Finalspecifications will be provided at the time of grant of permit.
