10Note :-(vii)No bus which defaults in the payment of passenger tax, roadtax, adda fees etc. for a period of more than one month beyondthe due date of payment of such taxes/fees, shall be allowed tooperate. The Station Incharge of the bus stand shall beauthorized to cancel its booth timings as well as the timeschedule of operation.“Station Incharge” means the person appointed/posted asIncharge of the bus stand by competent authority.9. Specifications of the buses to be deployed under the policy.-(i)Age of the Vehicle.-(a)The permits shall be issued for 52/54 seater full bodybuses (30-35 seats in case of mini buses) for routes asshown in Annexure A and B. Full body/mini buses as perthe option of the operator shall be operated on the routesgiven in Annexure A and B. The buses shall beconstructed and so maintained as to be at all times underthe effective control of the person driving the vehicle inaccordance with the provisions contained in Chapter V ofthe Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 and the HaryanaMotor Vehicle Rules, 1993, and any other directionswhich may be given from time to time in accordance withlaw.(b)The permit shall be given only for operation of new buseswith the exception that the existing operator holdingpermit and plying a bus under 1993 Scheme shall not berequired to introduce a new bus till the existing (old) buscompletes the prescribed age from the date of its firstregistration.Note:- “1993-scheme” means the scheme approved under thenotification No.S.O.90/C.A.59/88/S.100/93, dated the 3rdNovember, 1993.(c)The bus can ply as stage carriage in Haryana upto tenyears from the date of first registration only and no furtherextension shall be given after the lapse of said period often years. After ten years, it shall be replaced by anothernew vehicle only. The vehicle should throughout theiroperation conform to the pollution norms as applicablefrom time to time.(ii) Colour Scheme.- The bus shall be painted as under :-a) For operation on routes as shown : Blue colourin Annexure A (Full Body Bus)b) For operation on routes as shown : Red colourin Annexure B (Mini Bus)Further, the bus shall be painted in the aforesaid colour with one footwide yellow band in the middle running on two sides (left and right) of the bus on
