Keepcomputer information on an external s<strong>to</strong>rage device. Thinkcarefully about who <strong>you</strong>choose as an ICE contactbecause that person mayneed <strong>to</strong> give consent formedical treatment.If <strong>you</strong> <strong>do</strong>n’t carry a mobilephone or <strong>you</strong> keep <strong>it</strong> locked<strong>you</strong> can keep the sameinformation on a card in awallet or purse.

It is easy <strong>to</strong> prepare one in advance.The bag should be small enough <strong>to</strong> carry. You should checkthe bag regularly <strong>to</strong> make sure <strong>it</strong> has everything <strong>you</strong> needand that <strong>it</strong>ems like <strong>to</strong>rches have batteries that work.Your bag could contain:Don’t forget <strong>to</strong> take:Also, think about what <strong>you</strong> <strong>will</strong>need <strong>if</strong> <strong>you</strong> have <strong>to</strong> stay in<strong>do</strong>orsfor a few days. Do not put <strong>you</strong>rself or others at risk.
