<strong>Tulane</strong> University<strong>Architecture</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>Report</strong>September <strong>2013</strong>been energized by the arrival <strong>of</strong> many new faculty members since the <strong>NAAB</strong> team’s visitin the spring <strong>of</strong> 2008. There are new positions for the school – including Associate Deanfor Academics, Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Wendy Redfield AIA, and a new Associate Dean forCommunity Engagement, Maurice Cox, and new directors <strong>of</strong> the Master <strong>of</strong> PreservationStudies program John Stubbs and Sustainable Real Estate Development programChristopher Calott AIA. All are making major impacts and attracting students to our threegraduate degree programs within the <strong>School</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Architecture</strong>. These new faculty alsobuild our diversity in terms <strong>of</strong> gender, race, international perspectives, ethnicity andarchitectural/intellectual perspectives. Indeed, these qualities will prove to be extremelyimportant for the graduate program and the program as a whole in the future.2.
