These optimizationprocesses are regularly monitored (verification and followupmeasures).5.3.3 The ecosystemThe <strong>Rexel</strong> Group’s sites are generally located in industrialor urban zones and do not have a particular impact on thebiological equilibrium of the surrounding areas.5.3.4 Waste managementIn the scope of its environmental policy, <strong>Rexel</strong> seeks toreduce the quantity of waste generated by its activities andencourages recycling.
