He then moved to the Strafor Facomgroup as Chairman and CEO of Clestra-Hauserman in1986 and Chairman and CEO of Steelcase Strafor in 1991.In 1998, Jean-Charles Pauze was appointed Chairmanof the Management Board of Guilbert (PPR Group). From2002 until 2004, he served as Chairman and CEO of theRexel Group. Since 2005, he has acted as Chairman andCEO of Rexel Distribution. Jean-Charles Pauze graduatedfrom IDN-EC Lille with an engineering degree. He holds aMasters of Science in Economics and a Master of BusinessAdministration from INSEAD.Pascal Martin has been a member of the ManagementBoard of Rexel since February 13, 2007. He startedhis career in 1980 with Société Vosgienne de CotonHydrophile. In 1981, he joined the Renault group inOrléans (France) as Head of the Methods Department.He was appointed Production Manager in 1983, Head ofa Production Site Expansion Project in 1985 and Head ofTechnical Services in 1989. From 1992 to 2000, he servedas Chief of International Operations (1992-2000), GroupHuman Resources Director (1993-1999) and Chairman andCEO of Steelcase S.A. International. Pascal Martin alsoheld positions as Chairman and CEO of Airborne France(1994-2001) and CEO France of Steelcase Strafor France(1999-2000). He was appointed CEO of Guilbert France(PPR Group) in 2001 and Chairman of the ManagementBoard of that company in 2002. He was named CEO ofthe Rexel Group Business Sector in 2003, Director of theLatin America region in 2004 and Senior Vice President,Business Development and Corporate Operations ofRexel Distribution in 2005. Since 2007, Pascal Martin hasbeen a member of the Management Board and BusinessDevelopment and Corporate Operations Manager of theRexel Group.
