The progress and success information of the center will be illustratedthrough 10 year anniversary VPHCAP Exhibition. Our VPHCAP alumni from over 10countries are invited to join the “VPHCAP alumni meeting”. The agenda would be apossible joint activity and the contribution of this network to ASEAN. Part B: Part C:The 3 rd Food Safety and Zoonoses Symposium for Asia PacificDuration: July 3-5, 2013This symposium will call abstract for oral or poster presentation with a peer-review fullpaper proceeding. Speakers and participants who are interested in public healthincluding food safety, food and water-borne disease, emerging infectious diseases andother vector-borne or zoonotic disease are welcomed. Keynote speakers will be invitedto each session.The 1 st Regional EcoHealth (EH) Symposium; Social andEnvironmental Dynamic on Human and Animal HealthDuration: July 6, 2013The EcoHealth-OneHealth Resource centre, Chiang Mai University would like tocelebrate this event with VPHCAP through the 1 st EcoHealth symposium. Thisconference will call for abstract for posters and oral presentations, which the fullpapers will be published in the same proceeding. Outstanding experts will be invited tofor a panel discussion on an EH related topic. Researchers and students who areinterested onto Ecosystem approaches addressing human, animal and environmentalhealth are invited would be keen to participate in this event.

Theme and topics for abstract submissionThis call is to invite abstracts to be presented as oral or poster presentation at the 2013 Conference, with theobjective of fostering such collaboration and communication across disciplines to better address the controland the consequences of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases which link to the human–animal–ecosystems interfaces, and to provide insights into factors which lead to zoonotic transmission.Guideline for abstract submission The Authors should submit their abstract follow the abstract format toconferencevphcap@gmail.com before 15 May 2013. Please download guideline for abstractThe abstract should contain no more 1500 words; include the brief study designs and results.Importantly, the abstract has not been present in any international conference or proceeding.The abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the committee and the accepted abstract will be announcedon 17 May 2013. The full papers of each accepted abstract is required to submit on 24 May 2013 bythe corresponding authors.The abstract should follow themes on 5 overall topics related to OneHealth or EcoHealthapproaches1. Food safety and food security2. Emerging infectious Vector borne and Zoonotic disease3. Environmental and occupational disease4. Socio-economic/social science perspectives related to human and animal health5. EcoHealth/OneHealth System strengthening
