You can change money in the U.S.A. or when we getto Europe, but you can also use credit cards quite easily and get cash out at ATMmachines.You may want to get a money belt here in the U.S.A. that you can wear underyour clothes to keep your cash, credit cards and passport.Tour Delays, Cancellation and Refund Policy: Dehoney Travel is notresponsible <strong>for</strong> changes and delays in airline schedules and cannot reimbursepassengers <strong>for</strong> expenses resulting from delays, re-issuance of air tickets, etc. Inevent of cancellation, there will be a fee of $100 <strong>for</strong> Dehoney Travel, Inc. to coveradministrative costs. In addition, the following scale of charges may apply when


notice of cancellation is given in writing after the booking is confirmed: 120-61days prior to departure - $500 per person; 60-46 days prior to departure - 25% oftotal tour price; 45-31 days prior to departure - 50% of total tour price; 30 daysprior to day of departure/no show - 100% cancellation penalty. <strong>All</strong> cancellationnotifications must be made in writing to Dehoney Travel, Inc. Please allowfour weeks <strong>for</strong> cancellation refund processing.After ticketing of international air, a cancellation penalty of 100% of theairfare is in effect. On or after the date of departure there can be no refund<strong>for</strong> any service not used.Travel insurance (extra): This will cover medical, legal as well as any costsincurred due to trip cancellation or mix-up in travel plans. We do encourage youto get this insurance.Baggage <strong>All</strong>owance: Due to space limitations on buses used, we have includedportage <strong>for</strong> only one check-on bag (combination width, length and height not toexceed 62 inches and maximum weight of 50 pounds) in tour cost. Tour-Only Participants:Even though you are not taking this tour <strong>for</strong> course credit, you are welcome toattend the evening sessions and lectures, taking advantage of experts in churchhistory and culture studies who will be traveling with us.Passport: You can find out from the following website where to go to apply<strong>for</strong> a passport: http://iafdb.travel.state.gov/It’s also important to be sure that passports are valid at least 6 months beyondyour travel dates. This means that if your passport expires prior to November 28,2014, you need to get it renewed be<strong>for</strong>e the trip.Please make five (5) copies of your passport, give two to Dr. Serrão, keep one<strong>for</strong> yourself and put it somewhere other than with your passport, give one to yourroommate/spouse to keep in their belongings and have one designated <strong>for</strong>Dehoney Travel.Important Note: Dehoney Travel will need to know your legal passport name bytime of enrollment (September 15). This will allow the travel agency to providecorrect, complete and complete legal names to the airline.
