Ifthey have further observations to make they will record on the file and send the sameto Sectt BRDB with a copy to HQ DGBR.(c) In case there are points which require clarification on the case, the same will bediscussed at a tripartite meeting between Dte GBR, Sectt. BRDB and Min of Def(Fin/BR) to finalize the case within a period of about 3 months.(d) In case any issue arise which do not have a direct bearing on the quantity orvalue of spares indents like low utilization of equipment etc. these should be discussedand finalized separately and the indent need not be held up on this account.8.18. Initial Stocking Guide (ISG). ISGs will be revised as under :(i) Maintenance Scales. Two to three years after preparation of an ISG,review/revision of the maintenance scale both in range and depth will be undertaken inlight of the actual experience gained in maintaining the equipment . The maintenancescale in the ISG will be revised taking into account the actual consumption pattern of thespare parts.(ii)Overhaul Scales. Overhaul scales covered in the ISG will be revised whenabout 25% of the population of the newly introduced equipment has been overhauled.(iii) Subsequent to the above revisions,. ISG will be kept upto date as and whenthere is any change in part number or any addition/deletion is warranted due to certainmodification or other reasons.Provisioning of CategoryRequirements :‘A’ Spares By Projects/Units of BRO to Meet Emergent8.19.
