In their Paper they were asked towrite an analysis of their organization by applying the concepts included in the book.The Paper should have maximum 12.000 characters and the following structure:• Background• Analysis – identifying organization strengths and weaknesses• Conclusions & RecommendationsThey were encouraged to make a proper analysis of their organization shortcomings,as well as strengths.
