Chemical Engineering CurriculumStudents who are studying chemical engineering start by taking basic science courses in mathematics, chemistry,and physics. Chemical engineering students also take advanced basic science courses such as organic and physicalchemistry along with two years of engineering science courses which focus on applications of heat, mass, andmomentum transport, chemical reaction, and chemical process simulation, design, optimization and control.
