LOCAL 10-208 JURISDICTIONRULES AND REGULATIONSAt the point <strong>of</strong> Lake Michigan <strong>and</strong> the lllinois-Wisconsin State Line; west to the lowa Border(including all <strong>of</strong> Lake, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Kendall, Boone, DeKalb, Winnebago, Ogle, Lee,Stephenson, <strong>and</strong> Jo Daviess counties); south to Route 54; east to Route 78; south to theWhitesidelHenry county line; east to Will County Line; north from Will County line on Rt. 53 toHobson Rd.; northeast to 63rd Street; east along 63rd Street to DuPage-Cook Gounty Road; south to183rd Street; east to Harlem Avenue (Highway 43); south to Steger Road; east to Western Avenue;north to Glenwood Road; east on Glenwood/Lansing Road to Indiana State Border; north to LakeMichigan; excluding Calumet City; north along a 3 mile <strong>of</strong>fshore limit <strong>of</strong> the Lake Michigan ShoreLine to the lllinois - Wisconsin State Line. FILING OF CONTRACTS AND MEMOSOn all engagements, whether single or steady, CONTRACTS MUST BE completely filled outwith full name <strong>of</strong> purchaser <strong>and</strong> leader typed or printed legibly <strong>and</strong> signed by both parties. Contractsare available at the union or on our website at www.cfm10208 <strong>and</strong> must be filed with Local prior to thecommencement <strong>of</strong> the engagement, either via regular mail, fax (3'12-782-7880), an e-mailattachment (tjares@cfm10208.org), or QUICK FILE. (see page 5-25)In lieu there<strong>of</strong>, a written or phoned-in MEMO <strong>of</strong> an engagement will be accepted prior tocommencement. However, said MEMO shall become invalid <strong>and</strong> <strong>of</strong> no effect 72 hours after the date <strong>of</strong> theengagement it covers. lt is not a substitute for the contract for the engagement which must be filed within the72- hour period.To leave a memo for an engagement: call (312) 782-0063 or email tjares@cfm10208.org <strong>and</strong> beprepared to give the following information:1. NO OPTION CLAUSES ARE PERMITTED.Contracts must be filed with the Local in whose jurisdiction the engagements are to be played,prior to the start <strong>of</strong> the engagement or sent to Local 10-208 <strong>and</strong> it will be fonrarded to theproper Local.


RULE ilr. PAYMENT OF WORK DUES, PENS|ON AND HEALTH (WELFARE) FUNDSlf Leaders, or engaging members, are negligent, MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for thePAYMENT OF WORK DUES on all engagements.Leaders, or engaging members ARE RESPONSIBLE for the COLLECTION <strong>and</strong> REMISSION<strong>of</strong> all EMPLOYER-PAID CONTRIBUTIONS to established PENSION (Welfare) <strong>and</strong> HEALTH FUNDS.A. Both WORK DUES, made payable to CFM <strong>and</strong> EMPLOYER-PAID PENSION contributions,made payable to AFM-EP FUND (American <strong>Federation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Musicians</strong> Employers' PensionFund), together with a detailed report <strong>of</strong> same, shall be fonrarded to the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> theSecretary -Treasurer within 15 days <strong>of</strong> the engagement or upon receipt <strong>of</strong> bill.B. Collection <strong>and</strong> remittal <strong>of</strong> PENSION contributions (whether to the Fund or directly to themusician if not paid to the Fund) is m<strong>and</strong>atory on ALL engagements.C. A LATE PAYMENT PENALry <strong>of</strong> 10% per month will be levied on all payments <strong>of</strong> WORKDUES which are not paid by the last day <strong>of</strong> each month for the prior calendar month.RULE IV. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR TERMINATION OF ENGAGEMENTA. CANCELLATIONS1. Excluding Acts <strong>of</strong> God, musicians must be given a notice <strong>of</strong> at least two (2)weeks if an engagement is cancelled.2. Any musician cancelled through a change in instrumentation must be given anotice <strong>of</strong> at least two (2) weeks.3. Side <strong>Musicians</strong> must be paid for work cancelled with less than two (2) weeksnotice <strong>and</strong> must be paid the basic <strong>minimum</strong> wage (excluding benefits).4. No contract can be cancelled without the mutual written consent <strong>of</strong> all parties.The leader must immediately notify the Contract Department <strong>and</strong> all sidemusicians <strong>of</strong> cancellation <strong>of</strong> any service. Any monies recovered (includingdeposit) for cancelled engagement, must be paid out proportionately betweenthe leader <strong>and</strong> side musicians originally engaged.5. ln instances <strong>of</strong> last minute cancellations caused by severe weather, musiciansshall be paid half salary (without fringe benefits) even if instructed not to reportto work. lf any portion <strong>of</strong> the engagement is played, the musician shall receivefull salary <strong>and</strong> all fringe benefits.6. Final decisions concerning cancellations <strong>and</strong> payments are subject to theapproval <strong>of</strong> the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors.B. INDEFINITE STEADY ENGAGEMENTSA four (4) week written nolice-<strong>of</strong>{ermination or closing is required <strong>and</strong> must be given PRIORTO THE START <strong>of</strong> the first day <strong>of</strong> the workweek. LEADERS MUST NOTIFY the ContractDepartment IMMEDIATELY <strong>of</strong> the termination or closing.C. POSTPONEMENTS1. Under special circumstances, a contract may be postponed with the mutualwriften consent <strong>of</strong> both parties. The leader must immediately notify theContract Department <strong>and</strong> all side musicians <strong>of</strong> cancellation <strong>of</strong> any service.2. A postponement shall be deemed a cancellation if not rescheduled three (3)months from the first date <strong>of</strong> service <strong>and</strong> will be subject to the <strong>rules</strong> governingcancelled engagements.lf an engagement is rescheduled, the musician first engaged for the performance must be given theright <strong>of</strong> first refusal for the rescheduled date before another musician is hired to fill the position.RULE V. ANY ENGAGEMENT MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE INTERSECTION OF STATEAND MADISON IN CHICAGOContracts must be filed with the Local in whose jurisdiction the engagements are to be played,prior to the start <strong>of</strong> the engagement.Wages <strong>and</strong> transportation considerations are as follows:A. CLASS A SCALE must be paid, plus 11% PENSION (which shall be paid directly to eachmusician as part <strong>of</strong> wages). Exception: Lounge engagements ol 1 or 2 days in Localsadjoining ours, must pay highest prevailing scale in that job classification.


B. Engagements beyond a radius <strong>of</strong> 50 miles from State & Madison, must pay current IRSmileage rates, calculated from State <strong>and</strong> Madison, to each musician, to <strong>and</strong> from theplace <strong>of</strong> engagement. The above figures in (B.) do not apply when AlR, BUS or TRAINtransportation is provided.C . A <strong>minimum</strong> <strong>of</strong> $2.00 per mile, to <strong>and</strong> from the place <strong>of</strong> engagement, must be paid to EACHDRIVER <strong>of</strong> an automobile.RULE VI. EXTENDED OUT OF JURISDICTION ENGAGEMENTSFor distances beyond 250 miles one way, FIRST CLASS accommodations <strong>and</strong> meals must befurnished. lf not furnished, the following monies will be paid; this is MANDATORY.A. $100.00 per day, per musician for room.B. $50.00 per day, per musician for meals.Leaders or engaging members shall pay ALL TRANSPORTATION CHARGES beyond thejurisdiction <strong>and</strong> PER DIEM allowances when applicable, <strong>and</strong> shall charge same to the Purchaser <strong>of</strong> Music,in addition to WAGE SCALE <strong>and</strong> benefits.C. TRANSPORTATION charges per musician, must be made at not less than the lowest rateavailable by commercial transportationnot less than the current IRS mileage rates,calculated from State <strong>and</strong> Madison in <strong>Chicago</strong>, per musician, if transportation is by auto orother like conveyance.D. lT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL for any leader to accept or any member to fulfill an engagement iftransportation for members is by auto, like conveyance or bus which necessitates traveling inexcess <strong>of</strong> 400 miles ONE WAY, within any 24 hour period.E. Leader or engaging member must arrange, on any engagement outside <strong>of</strong> the jurisdiction, thatmusicians leave for the engagement on the LATEST SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATIONavailable prior to the contracted START OF THE ENGAGEMENT, <strong>and</strong> that the FIRSTAVAILABLE return Transportation be provided.RULE VII. WORKING DAY & OVERTIMEA. A musician's working day shall be from 7 A.M. to 7 A.M. the following day.B. Overtime prior to 1 A.M. must be counted starting five (5) minutes after expiration <strong>of</strong> basicengagement time. In all cases, 1 A.M. signals the start <strong>of</strong> OVERTIME on all CASUALengagements, regardless <strong>of</strong> engagement starting time.C. lf musicians are reouired to start earlier than the scheduled start time <strong>and</strong>/or end later thanthe announced ending time, those musicians required to do so, shall be compensated at a rate<strong>of</strong> $7.50 for 1-5 minutes prior <strong>and</strong> $7.50 for 1-5 after the announced finish time. Any time over 5minutes, either prior to or after, will be paid as over-time in 1/2 hour increments.RULE VIII. BOOKING INTEGRITYAt time <strong>of</strong> hiring musicians, leaders or engaging members MUST SET FORTH all conditions <strong>of</strong>engagement; i.e. exact engagement starting time, exact rehearsal starting time <strong>and</strong> duration, wage scalewhether engagement is continuous, <strong>and</strong> any other pertinent information. THESE CONDITION SHALL NOTBE CHANGED OR ALTERED AT TIME OF ENGAGEMENTO JEOPARDIZE PROPER WAGE SCALEPAYMENT FOR WORK PERFORMED.RULE IX. WAGESA. Wages charged for musical engagementshall include, in addition to basic sidemusician's scale,a LEADER FEE, a PAYROLL FEE <strong>and</strong> PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS.B. lf, in fact, the LEADER DOES NOT PROVIDE PAYROLL SERVICE including payment <strong>of</strong>Social Security, Workers Compensation <strong>and</strong> IRS deductions, a payroll fee <strong>of</strong> 15% <strong>of</strong> basescale shall be paid to each musician as part <strong>of</strong> wages.C. All Class B Opera, Ballet, Interpretive Dance, Public Oratorio, Cantata, <strong>and</strong> Public ConcertSingle Engagements must be requested in writing <strong>and</strong> approved by the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors noless than four (4) weeks before the engagement.


RULE X. SHOW_ OEFINITIONAny PROFESSIONAL entertainment for which musicians are required to remain on the b<strong>and</strong>st<strong>and</strong><strong>and</strong>lor to perform specific music (ACCOMPANIMENT, FANFARES, BOW MUSIC, ENTRANCE <strong>and</strong> EXITMUSIC) in a timely sequence for ENHANCEMENT <strong>of</strong> the program shall constitute a SHOW <strong>and</strong> require thatALL musicians receive show scale.RULE XI. REHEARSALSA. REHEARSAL RATESCASUAL ENGAGEMENTSOn all casual engagements, night rehearsals after 7 P.M., rehearsals that start before7 p.m. <strong>and</strong> extend beyond 7 p.m. or rehearsals taking place on any date other than, or ata Venue other than where the engagement will take place, require that single engagementClass A scale apply <strong>and</strong> work dues <strong>and</strong> pension must be paid. Show scale is notapplicable here.SYMPHONIC ENGAGEMENTS (Public Concerts, Oratorios, Cantatas, Opera, Ballet <strong>and</strong>lnterpretive Dance)1. On a day other than the performance, rehearsals in Class AA boundaries willpay $125 (3 hours or less) daytime or evening.2. On a day other than the performance, rehearsals in Class A boundaries pay $90(2'/z hours or less). lf free parking is not available, a parking reimbursement <strong>of</strong>$15 must also be paid.B. On all engagements where playing or talk-overehearsals immediately precede theengagement, the hourly overtime rate in the same job classification shall apply.C. lf booking requires separate rehearsal <strong>and</strong> show, each must be paid separately.D. lf there are more than three hours between the end <strong>of</strong> a rehearsal <strong>and</strong> the start <strong>of</strong> anengagement, each musician shall be paid at the rate <strong>of</strong> $10.00 per hour or any part there<strong>of</strong> forany time in excess <strong>of</strong> three hours.E. Basic time not consumed on engagementshall not be applied to rehearsals.F. There is no e)dra charge for talk-overs or rehearsal during engagementime, lF SUCHTALK.OVERS OR REHEARSAL DO NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF A SCHEDULED BREAK.G. On all rehearsals, breaks must begin on or before ninety (90) minutes <strong>of</strong> rehearsal.H. With proper notice: A four (4) hour rehearsal may be divided into TWO (2) hour segmentswith a half (1/2) hour meal break (unpaid) separating the two segments. lf a musician isengaged for only ONE (1) segment, he/she shall be paid for the <strong>minimum</strong> 2 lzhour rehearsal.All rehearsals under four (4) hours, must pay the 2% hour <strong>minimum</strong> with pro-rata overtime.RULE XII. HOLIDAY PAYDouble basic applicable scale applies on New Year's Eve engagements terminating later than7 p.m. Leader <strong>and</strong> payroll fees, plus pension, apply. Overtime is also paid at double scale.Exception: Where engagement is for three (3) or more nights per week <strong>and</strong> contracted for a period<strong>of</strong> not less than four (4) weeks, holiday prices shall NOT prevail, unless otherwise specified.RULE Xlll. CASUAL ENGAGEMENTS: NON-CONTINUOUS <strong>and</strong> CONTINUOUS PLAYINGA. On all NON-CONTINUOUS Casual engagements, musicians must be given a break equal toten (10) minutes per hour, including overtime.B. On ALL CASUAL engagements, there is no <strong>of</strong>ficial or un<strong>of</strong>ficial call time for sidemusicians,only an <strong>of</strong>ficial starting time. (Payment for the engagement is calculated from the <strong>of</strong>ficialstarting time.) See Rule Xl B.C. Any engagement on which sidemusicians do not receive a MINIMUM <strong>of</strong> thirty (30)accumulated minutes intermission, <strong>of</strong>f the b<strong>and</strong>st<strong>and</strong>, within a normal three-hour engagement(ten(10) minutes per hour), shall be considered a continuous engagement, <strong>and</strong> continuous


(DOUBLE) scale will apply. (Overtime also at double scale). Continuous playing on NewYears Eve will pay triple scale (including overtime).D. lf any set on a casual engagement is longer than ninety (90) minutes, the entire engagementmust be paid at continuous scale (including overtime).RULE XIV. DOUBLINGOn all engagements, all second <strong>and</strong> subsequent instrumentshall be consideredoubles <strong>and</strong>proper doubling fees shall apply for rehearsal <strong>and</strong> performance.First Double:Each Subsequent Double:Opera, Ballet <strong>and</strong> Int. Dance:Pub. Con., Or. & Can., (Paid Admission):12% <strong>of</strong> Base Scale7% <strong>of</strong> Base Scale50% <strong>of</strong> Base Scale for each double for rehearsal <strong>and</strong>performance25% <strong>of</strong> Base Scale for each double for rehearsal <strong>and</strong>performanceThe following three categories <strong>of</strong> percussion instruments however, shall be considered as a set, orgroup, without doubling fees within the group.A. Non-pitched percussion instruments: Bass drum, small drums, tom-toms, cymbals, gongs <strong>and</strong>traps.B. TympaniC. Keyboard percussion instruments; Marimba, (Vibraphone), xylophone, bells <strong>and</strong> chimes. Apercussionist asked to play within a second group shall be paid doubling fees for anyinstruments in addition to the main group for which he or she was engaged. When a memberis told by a leader or engaging member to bring additional instruments to the engagements,doubling fees shall apply whether or not the additional instruments are played. The above inno way affects any negotiated contract doubling agreements.RULE XV. PLAYING ALONEOn single or repetitive Class AA <strong>and</strong> Class A engagements <strong>of</strong> less than five (5) nights per weekwhen an instrumentalist plays alone, an EXTRA FEE <strong>of</strong> $50.00 shall be part <strong>of</strong> wages. (This rule does notapply to Class B engagements). On steady engagements, playing-alone EXTRA FEE shall be $70,00weekly. Leader fee, payroll fee <strong>and</strong> pension apply as well.When any instrumentalist is required to play alone on single engagements, one hour or more priorto or subsequento the orchestra portion <strong>of</strong> engagements, $50 playing-alone fee applies. This Rule doesnot apply to solo Class B engagements.RULE XVI. CARTAGEA. On each single engagement, <strong>minimum</strong> cartage fees are listed below.B. On a series <strong>of</strong> engagements, cartage applies on any day instrument is transported. lfsecure overnight storage <strong>of</strong> instruments is provided, a separate cartage applies for loadin <strong>and</strong> load out davs.AMPLIFIERSSTRING BASSELECTRIC BASS & AMPLIFIERELECTRIC GUITAR & AMPLIFIERELECTRIC KEYBOARD & AMPLIFIERSYNTHESIZER - MIDI CONTROLLER & AMPEACH ADDITIONAL KEYBOARD - CONTROLLERDRUM SET OH AUX. RULE XVII. SUB-LEADER'S PAYWhen a leader will not be present on any engagement, the leader shall designate, prior to theengagement, a sub-leader to run the job, notify sidemusicians <strong>of</strong> same, <strong>and</strong> pay sub-leader the <strong>minimum</strong>leade/s fee.When no sub-leader has been designated to h<strong>and</strong>le the engagement, one shall be appointed bymutual consent <strong>of</strong> the musicians present on the job <strong>and</strong> that person shall receive the <strong>minimum</strong> leader's fee.Any sub-leader, also designated by the leader to act as payroller, shall also receive an additional(current) payroll fee.RULE XVIII. MULTIPLE PERFORMANCESWhen multiple performances are played, in or out <strong>of</strong> jurisdiction, <strong>and</strong> admission is charged for eachperformance, the orchestra shall be paid for each performance <strong>and</strong> a <strong>minimum</strong> <strong>of</strong> forty-five (45) minutesbetween performances must be given.RULE XIX. ESCROW DEPOSITSEscrow deposits <strong>of</strong> at least ONE WEEK'S WAGES are required on all openings, re-openings,changes in ownership, promotions, spectaculars <strong>and</strong> the like. The escrow deposit must be made at leastone week prior to the start <strong>of</strong> the engagement.Escrow deposit <strong>of</strong> wages <strong>of</strong> musicians shall be accepted ONLY when made in cash, money orderor certified check, made out to the <strong>Chicago</strong> <strong>Federation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Musicians</strong>. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BEACCEPTED.RULE XX. SPECIAL DRESSThere shall be no charge for wearing formal or suitable informal attire on any single engagement orsteady engagements.Unless furnished, any costume or uniform clothing shall be considered special dress <strong>and</strong> musicians mustbe paid $25 extra for each engagement. Likewise, WEARING COSTUME MAKE-UP shall be compensatedfor, additionally, at the same rates.RULE XXI. HEALTH AND SAFETYAll venues shall be required to meet the applicable guidelines for health <strong>and</strong> safety established bythe United States Occupational Safety <strong>and</strong> Health Administration (OSHA). At no time shall any member berequired to perform under any conditions (whether indoors or outdoors) that constitute a hazard to themusician's health, or to his/her musical instrument(s) or equipment (e.9., in rain, direct sunlight, extremecold, heat, wind, or any other adverse conditions).RULE XXII. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCTMembers are required to appear on engagements in sufficientime to be fully prepared to performwhen the engagement is scheduled to begin. (See Rules Xl B. <strong>and</strong> Xlll B.)Members are also required to conduct themselves in a pr<strong>of</strong>essional manner, regarding behavior<strong>and</strong> dress, during the course <strong>of</strong>the engagement.RULE XXIII. RECORDINGOn all engagements, no audio or video reproduction may be made for commercial re-use. Archivalrecordings may be produced at no charge only if a Local 10-208 archival agreement is signed.


SINGLE ENGAGEMENT SCALEEffective January 1,2010 to December 31 ,2011ALL SCALES APPLY TO ALL DAYS AND TIMES."Base scale" shall include any SHOW or OUT OF JURISDICTION FEES as well as DOUBLESCALE foT NEW YEARS EVE oT CONTINUOUS PLAYING, TRIPLE SCALE SHALL APPLY TOCONTINUOUS PLAYING ON NEW YEARS EVE.ON ALL MISCELLANEOUS ENGAGEMENTS, A PENSION CONTRIBUTION CHECK EQUAL TQ'I1O/OOF THE TOTAL SCALE WAGES (INCLUDING APPLICABLE REHEARSAL PAY, DOUBLING, PRINCIPALPAY, AND OVERTTME), FOR EACH S|DEMUS|CTAN AND LEADER, MUST BE WRITTEN TO THE AFM-EPFUND AND FORWARDED TO THE CHICAGO FEDERATION OF MUSICIANS. IF THE LEADER IS NOTPAYING A PENSION CONTRIBUTION TO THE FUND ON BEHALF OF THE SIDEMUSICIAN, THEN THEAMOUNT OF THE PENSION CONTRIBUTION MUST BE PAID AS AN ADDITIONAL WAGE DIRECTLY TOTHE MUSICIAN. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONHIGHLIGHTS OF THE A.F.M. PENSION PLANThe American <strong>Federation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Musicians</strong> & Employer's Pension Fund (AFM-EP) is the greatest, if not the most immediate benefit any Local can provide itsmembers. For every engagement played, an Employer pays a percentage over<strong>and</strong> above your total wages to your AFM-EP account if s/he has signed anindividual agreement or if pension is provided for in a collective bargainingagreement. All National <strong>and</strong> International Agreements call for m<strong>and</strong>atorypurchaser contributions to your pension account, over <strong>and</strong> above scale. When aproper AFM contract is signed <strong>and</strong> filed, the purchaser will automatically depositpension contributions into your account in New York. The majority <strong>of</strong> AFMnegotiatedstudio <strong>and</strong> touring agreements call for 10o/o to 12%. Most localcontracts <strong>and</strong> agreements call for contributions <strong>of</strong> 10% - 14%. All recordingcontracts (local <strong>and</strong> national) call for 10o/o to 12o/o contributions.WOULDN'T I BE BETTER OFF HAVING THE PENSION PAYMENTADDED TO MY CHECK?The following is your pension payment figured on the 2010 Class AACasual Engagement Scale with an 11% pension contribution: lf you workedONE Class AA engagement per week for 20 years, (at the current rate <strong>of</strong> $1.00per month for each $100.00 contributed), your pension contribution wouldamountto*$21,164.00 [$185.00 52* 20* 11o/olor$211.64 per month uponretiring at the age <strong>of</strong> 65.AM I TOO OLD FOR A PENSION PLAN?Eligibility for Pension payment begins at age 55, provided you have 5years <strong>of</strong> vesting credit. (One year <strong>of</strong> vesting credits means you have earned atleast $3,000 from those who contribute.) In addition, in the event <strong>of</strong> a totalmusical disability, fully vested members will receive the pension they would beentitled to at age 65, regardless <strong>of</strong> their age at the time <strong>of</strong> disability.MUSICIANS' RELIE FUNDLocal 10-208 maintains a <strong>Musicians</strong>' Relief Fund for those membershaving financial, medical, mental health or substance abuse difficulties. Anymember who is in need <strong>of</strong>, or knows a member in need, may write or call to seekassistance. All requests must be approved by the Board <strong>of</strong> Directors, <strong>and</strong> will bekept confidential.


ARE YOU MOVING TO ANOTHER CITY?lf you move to a city that is out <strong>of</strong> the jurisdiction <strong>of</strong> Local 10-208, youmust contact the local in whose jurisdiction you will be working <strong>and</strong> arrange tobecome a full member. Once you have become a full member in the new local,you may resign from Local 10-208, or keep your membership in Local 10-208simply by continuing to also pay dues.Do not resign from Local 10-208 if you are not yet a full member inanother local. This will constitute a break in AFM membership <strong>and</strong> you will haveto pay another AFM initiation fee. lf you do decide to resign from any local youmust submit a letter <strong>of</strong> resignation. Call the Secretary-Treasurer if you havequestions.APRIL AND SEPTEMBER BYLAW MEETINGSEvery April <strong>and</strong> September you have an opportunity to participate indictating the policy <strong>of</strong> Local 10-208. At the semi-annual Bylaw meetings,members are able to vote on new bylaws proposed by fellow members in theform <strong>of</strong> resolutions. lf you would like to suggest a NEW bylaw or a change to anexisting one, call the Secretary-Treasurers' Office. New Bylaws <strong>and</strong>amendments to existing bylaws must be submitted no later than February 11tn tobe considered at the April bylaw meeting <strong>and</strong> no later that July 11th to beconsidered at the September meeting.
