ecovery of SF6 gasat end of lifefor disconnector cubicleThe SF6 must be removedbefore any dismantlingoperation can be carried out incompliance with the proceduresdescribed in IEC--61634 andaccording to the followinginstructions.The gas must be treated incompliance with IEC--60480.H volume of gas to berecovered: 35 litresH internal gauge pressure:40 kPANB : SF6 gas recycling at theend of circuit--breaker life, referto its instruction for use.Remove the cover (A) from thecontrol cabinet.control cover accessBRemove the control cover (B).Remove the 3 screws retaining theoperating mechanism.Cut the wiring to removethe operating mechanism.Drill 2 holes in the filler valvesafety cap∅ 4 mm, centreline 20 mm,max. depth 4 mm36 7896929EN revision : 01
