Fire Code Seating (FCS) Exceptions for Wood Seating.The Fire Code Seating (FCS) modificationis available on nearly all Wood seating.There are some chair and fabric combinationsthat will not pass the test criteria forFire Code Seating. This is often due to thechair configuration, large surface areasthat support combustion, and the fibercontent of some fabrics. For your convenience,we have listed the chair lineexception models and the fabric combinationsthat are available.
